We are privately owned, with two nurses as shareholders, responsible for our clinical governance and supporting all our candidates. We support NHS Trusts, Schools, Prisons, Nursing Homes, Private Hospitals, Mental Health Organisations, with good quality healthcare staff, both temporary and permanently. We provide Registered Nurses, OPD’s, Doctors, Physios, Midwives, to various clients in the UK, on a shift basis, long term contracts and permanent roles.

Theatres
We provide nurses and ODPs for anaesthetics, scrub and recovery in both the NHS and private hospitals throughout the UK.
We cover a diverse range of specialities such as general surgery, trauma and orthopaedics, oral maxillofacial, ear, nose and throat, ophthalmology, cardiac and plastic surgery.
Critical Care
We provide nurses for Accident & Emergency, Adult Intensive Care & High Dependency Unit (HDU), Paediatric Intensive Care (PICU), and Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) as well as Special Care Baby Unit (SCBU), Coronary Care Units (CCU), Midwifery as well as Chemotherapy, Renal and Oncology to NHS Trusts and private clients.
Prison Services
Since its inception Minerva Nursing has been a key provider of Nursing staff to the niche prison market. We have a pool of security cleared RGN’s, RMN’s, Dual Qualified and Nurse Practitioners. All of our staff are security cleared and can be booked at short notice. Minerva Nursing can provide prison cleared nurses anywhere in the UK.
